The 1000L four-layer co-extrusion blow molding machine is a high-precision multi-layer molding equipment between three-layer and five-layer models, adopting four-extruder independent co-extrusion technology. It constructs a composite structure of outer wear-resistant layer, bonding transition layer, high-barrier functional layer and inner sanitary anti-corrosion layer for 1000L large containers.
This equipment solves the problem of unstable bonding of three-layer barrier materials and insufficient precision of layered distribution, and is specially developed for high-stability packaging scenarios such as fine chemical raw materials and long-term preserved industrial liquids.
The biggest technical highlight of the four-layer structure is the independent transition bonding layer. Different from the three-layer structure that relies on material blending for bonding, the four-layer equipment is equipped with a special adhesive resin layer between the barrier layer and the base material layer, which effectively improves the bonding fastness between functional layers, avoids layer separation and peeling during long-term use, and greatly enhances the structural stability and service life of the container.
Each layer realizes functional specialization: the outer layer resists weathering and impact, the transition layer ensures tight lamination, the middle layer blocks gas and liquid permeation, and the inner layer adapts to high-purity and weak acid-base material storage.
The equipment adopts a four-channel precise split-flow die head and independent servo speed regulation system, which can accurately control the thickness ratio of each functional layer.
The plasticization system is optimized for composite materials, ensuring uniform melting of different resins and no material degradation. The intelligent constant-temperature cooling system ensures rapid and uniform shaping of large containers, effectively reducing product deformation and wall thickness deviation.
